Last month brought us our first awards recognition, the Healthier Choices Scheme Gold Award, and we are over the moon to have been recognised again as a finalist for the Specialist Retailer of the Year award at The Flavours of Herriot Country Awards 2016. We’re up against some fantastic local food businesses from the Hambleton and Richmondshire area and we’re very proud to have reached the finals. The Awards takes place in Leyburn on 2nd December and we’re really looking forward to it!
We were disappointed not to make it through as a finalist in the deliciouslyorkshire & Yorkshire Post Taste Awards 2016. However we are in only our first year of trading and this makes us even more determined to keep improving what we’re doing and enter again next year. Full steam ahead! A list of the Taste Awards finalists was published in The Yorkshire Post on Saturday 10 September and will be available on the deliciouslyorkshire website soon (www.deliciouslyorkshire.co.uk).
